The Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a positive and energetic store environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on our premium products
  • Process sales, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and display
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements



  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not essential
  • A passion for fashion, particularly streetwear and sneakers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
