We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Dealer Development Manager to join our client's OEM dealership network. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with dealers to identify and implement process improvements, increase sales opportunities, and drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve dealer performance
- Work closely with dealers to identify and address operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Set and achieve sales targets and develop business plans and objectives with dealers
- Provide coaching and guidance to dealers to enhance their sales and operational capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales and dealership operations, preferably within the OEM/Dealer network
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with dealers and other stakeholders
- A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
