Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety, maintaining a secure and nurturing environment.
  • Support the ongoing development of children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Participate in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the centre, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework - My Time Our Place and the National Quality Framework.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
