Our dynamic team is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservations Sales Agent.We are looking for an individual who can accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations.
  • Consistently provide professional and friendly service to our guests.
  • Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including Saturdays, when required.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar or customer service based role is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud, Sevenrooms and RESAweb preferred.
