Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our Castletown team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create personalized experiences for our customers
  • Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a productive and supportive store environment
  • Participate in in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies and procedures
  • Perform operational tasks, including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
