Administration Coordinator

Located in the heart of the Northern Territory, we are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our dynamic team at PFD Food Services.
PFD Food Services is a leading provider of food solutions, and we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our team to achieve this goal.
Your primary responsibilities will include performing administrative tasks, processing customer orders, and communicating with our drivers to ensure seamless delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records, including customer information and order details.
