Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Gosford on the sunny Central Coast. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process quotes and orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Track orders from entry to delivery in our ERP/CRM system.
  • Collaborate with operations, production, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team.

Requirements:

  • A confident communicator with a friendly phone manner.
  • A problem-solver who thinks on their feet and takes ownership of outcomes.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or manufacturing/distribution is an advantage but not essential as training is provided.
