- Work closely with other store leaders to leverage strong communication skills and mentor each team effectively, driving results and profitability in a high-performing workplace culture.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
- Current, unrestricted registration with the relevant professional body
- Proven management experience, ideally two plus years in a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen essential
