Belt Splicer / Conveyor Technician

We are seeking an experienced Belt Splicer / Conveyor Technician to join our team at Allstar Blue. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing belt splicing, repairs, and maintenance of steel cord and fabric conveyor belts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Belt splicing and repair of steel cord and fabric conveyor belts
  • Performing hot and cold repairs
  • Applying linings on site and within the workshop
  • Identifying common belt damage/faults and determining method of repair
  • Contributing towards the company's safety policies
  • Performing pulley lagging and applying mechanical clips
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience as a belt splicer / conveyor technician
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, clients, management, and team members
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Valid driver's license
