Snooze is a renowned company seeking an exceptional Training and Development Professional to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering engaging learning materials and resources to support our strategic projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions;
  • Creating instructional content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification;
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Proven experience in instructional design, content development, and facilitation;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences;
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results;
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture;
Estimated Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
