We seek a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will work closely with senior leaders to gain hands-on experience in asset management and investment strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modelling expertise, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to support asset management strategies for real estate, infrastructure, and other real assets.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess asset performance and valuation.
- Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and risk assessments to guide investment decisions.
- Assist in preparing materials for investment committees and executive recommendations.
- Monitor key operational and financial metrics for assets under management.
- Support the development and execution of value-add strategies (e.g., asset repositioning, cost optimization).
