About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Draftsperson to join our team in Kurri Kurri, with a hybrid working setup. As a key member of our drafting team, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs, specifications, and drawings for both stationary and mobile machinery construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive design specifications and drawings for machinery construction
• Ensure adherence to the Design Quality Plan (DQP) for all drafting activities
• Review and manage the work of other draftspersons against DQP standards
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a high standard of safety and health for all

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience in an engineering design drafting role
• Thorough knowledge of AS1100 drawing standards
• Skilled in engineering design and drafting
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the use of AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS
