Facilities Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service excellence and ensuring the safe operation of our facilities.

About the role:

• Implement services that meet customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level expectations.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and promote service excellence across contracts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards by conducting regular audits and managing risks.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure they deliver high-quality services, meet performance targets, and adhere to company policies.

About you:

• You should have a degree or trade qualification with at least 5 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance.
• A strong leadership style and project planning skills in a service industry environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with key management systems and behavioral safety practices.
