**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ESG reporting frameworks and processes to meet evolving regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ESG risks and opportunities, and develop targeted strategies to address them.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of ESG professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Drive the development and implementation of data-driven insights and analytics to inform ESG decision-making.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of success in leading ESG or financial reporting teams, with expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to driving positive change through responsible business practices.
