We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at integratedliving Australia Ltd.
As a Support Worker, you will provide domestic assistance, transportation, and implement health and wellbeing initiatives and services that support our clients' care plans.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing support with daily living tasks, such as general cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
You will also have the chance to work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing domestic support, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Transporting clients to appointments and social events
- Implementing health and wellbeing initiatives and services that support clients' care plans
