McCarthy Stone is seeking a dedicated Care & Support Professional to join their team at The Curlews estate in Exmouth. As a member of the support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of residents.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have experience working with older adults. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care are essential for this position.

This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £11.96 per hour, plus additional pay for evening and weekend shifts, totaling approximately £16,200 - £20,000 per annum (based on 16 hours/week). Benefits include 28 days annual leave (pro rata), life assurance, company pension, and opportunities for professional development.
