**Job Title:** Site Support Technician

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Site Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality and timely customer outcomes through diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs to a wide range of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support to customers on site and remotely
  • Maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems
  • Liaising with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diesel or plant mechanic trade qualifications
  • Experience in the maintenance of mining equipment
  • Strong safety focus with ability to abide by site safety processes at all times
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Hitachi mining equipment (advantageous)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Hold High Risk Licences – EWP – WAH – Dogging & Rigging
