About This Opportunity

We're seeking a driven and proactive Centre Manager to join our Retail team in Melbourne, VIC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for launching a brand-new neighborhood center in Melbourne's west and leading the day-to-day management of Burwood Brickworks – an established retail center in Melbourne's east.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience Enhancement - Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Site Operations Management - Conduct regular inspections, implement policies, and ensure smooth service contract execution.
  • Leasing Strategies - Formulate budgets, coordinate inspections, and supervise tenancy delivery to ensure optimal asset performance.

You'll Bring

  • A current Real Estate Licence (VIC)
  • Experience in a Centre Manager or Retail Manager role
  • Strong financial acumen, with skills in budgeting and accounting
  • A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A passion for retail and a commitment to supporting tenant success
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong reporting capabilities
