About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Officer to join our team on a temporary full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality corporate support to the Directors of both the Student Services team and Student, Child and Family Connect team.

  • Preparation of reports and correspondence for senior officers, undertaking activities of a specialist or detailed nature and providing, interpreting and analysing information for clients.
  • Utilisation of established priorities, task methodology and work practices to achieve results in line with the department's objectives.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Setting priorities and monitoring workflow in the Student Services and SCFC Teams.
  • Coordination of a range of corporate office functions.
  • Application of previous experience to act independently, developing local procedures, management strategies and guidelines.
About You
  • Experience in interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
  • The ability to set priorities, monitor workflow and develop local strategies or work practices.
