Payroll Officer

We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join the team at Macquarie Park on a full-time basis. This role will offer a hybrid working environment with up to 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities- Process Australian Monthly Salaried payroll with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide excellent and proactive customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Taxation, Superannuation, terminations and other legislative requirements.
- Interpret multiple complex EBA's, Awards, CA's, individual agreements and policies to resolve payroll queries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Analyse and resolve payroll queries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment to achieve personal and professional growth and development.

What We're Looking For- In-depth knowledge of payroll activities.
- Clear understanding of Taxation, Superannuation, terminations and other legislative requirements.
- Ability to interpret multiple complex EBA's, Awards, CA's, individual agreements and policies.
- Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative and creative approach.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and willing to take ownership to ensure the best customer experience.
