About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join the team at Macquarie Park on a full-time basis. This role will offer a hybrid working environment with up to 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Australian Monthly Salaried payroll with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent and proactive customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Taxation, Superannuation, terminations and other legislative requirements.
  • Interpret multiple complex EBA's, Awards, CA's, individual agreements and policies to resolve payroll queries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Analyse and resolve payroll queries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment to achieve personal and professional growth and development.

What We're Looking For
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll activities.
  • Clear understanding of Taxation, Superannuation, terminations and other legislative requirements.
  • Ability to interpret multiple complex EBA's, Awards, CA's, individual agreements and policies.
  • Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative and creative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take ownership to ensure the best customer experience.
