Facilities Service Manager

The Maintenance Officer is responsible for the upkeep of facilities ensuring seamless functioning of operational elements.
Key Responsibilities- Present buildings to a high standard by maintaining and servicing facilities including staff toilets, loading docks, centre malls, and public areas.
- Identify maintenance requirements to meet exceptional standards within budget constraints.
- Repair and maintain lighting structures, carparks, signage, roadworks, and gates.
- Manage tool and workshop supply procurement as needed.
- Complete repairs from operations team inspections.
- Support emergency management procedures including operating equipment and maintaining asset knowledge.
- Execute minor capital expenditure programs.
- Administer computerised maintenance management systems issuing jobs to maintenance teams if required.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on elevated work platforms and vehicles if necessary.
- Experience managing building services through trade expertise.
- Deliver allocated projects and reactive maintenance on time and within budget.
- Awareness of risk registers and H&SE compliance.
- Demonstrated understanding of warden responsibilities and confidence in emergency situations.
