Executive Culinary Director

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Tea Tree Plaza restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing high-quality food within our KPI targets and providing exceptional guest experiences through solid kitchen operations.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Energetic attitude, a team player approach, and strong work ethic.
• Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
• Knowledge to complete a costed roster.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired but not essential.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
