- As a key member of our community, you will provide quality care and support to clients in their own homes, assisting with various daily tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transportation.
- You will also develop meaningful relationships with your clients, helping them live their best possible lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transportation
- Develop genuine connections with clients and help them achieve their goals
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively
- Willingness to work in a group community setting, providing weekly social support
- Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance for client transportation
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and patience
- Proficient user of smartphone technology, apps, and email
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and police check clearance
- Current certifications in CPR and First Aid
