A Job Opportunity at Our Head OfficeWe are currently seeking an experienced Survey Drafter to join our team at our Head Office on the Sunshine Coast, commencing in early 2025. Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you will play a crucial role in producing as-built packages for local authorities, providing drafting support to the survey site team, conducting design checks, performing quantity take-offs and earthwork volumes, and creating informative plans and 3D models for construction.
Your Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate and timely as-built packages for local authorities
- Support the survey site team with drafting tasks
- Conduct thorough design checks to ensure quality
- Perform quantity take-offs and calculate earthwork volumes
- Create detailed plans and 3D models for construction purposes
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD software
- Knowledge of 12D is advantageous
- Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in the civil construction industry will be highly regarded
