We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our dynamic Community Mental Health team in the Northern Rivers. As part of this role, you will be collaborating as part of the team to increase service capacity and addressing the acute needs of consumers 18 years and older who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional to make a meaningful impact in a region known for its stunning natural beauty and welcoming community.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults and their families, providing specialist mental health interventions within a multidisciplinary team including triage, assertive outreach, comprehensive assessment, risk assessment, clinical formulation, management of risks and safety planning, brief psychoeducation and close liaison with all relevant stakeholders as part of collaborative care and discharge planning.
