We're looking for a Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant to join our passionate team at Charlestown.

This is a fixed term casual role from October 2024 until January 2025 to cover the busy Christmas period.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to every customer.
  • Expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
  • Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

About You

  • Act with the customer in mind.
  • Be ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Be self-motivated and ready to learn.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous.
