Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough fire safety assessments and audits to identify potential risks and hazards.
- Develop and implement effective fire safety strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide expert advice on fire safety best practices.
- Manage and deliver projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion, while maintaining high-quality results.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Hold Fire Safety Assessor accreditation with the Fire Protection Association of Australia.
- Proven experience in auditing essential fire safety measures, with a strong understanding of AS1851, the BCA, and legacy codes and standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong communication and business development skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering and/or fire technology, plus previous experience in a consulting role.
