We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment Executive to join our team at Zenith USA. As a key member of our media buying team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional media buying services across offline channels, including TV, radio, and OOH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of media campaigns across offline channels, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing regular tracking reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality final buys, highlighting key metrics, added value, and potential issues that may impact campaign delivery.
  • Lead the delivery of daily holdings checking, material management, and POPs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with creative agency partners and media vendors to ensure effective campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with timely market intelligence and insights relevant to their business, driving informed decision-making.
  • Run weekly tracking reports across all active media channels, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work closely with the team to negotiate make goods, compensation, and shortfalls across all media channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in media buying/activations roles, with a strong background in offline channels (TV, radio, OOH).
  • Desire to learn and grow knowledge in the offline space, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Competency in various investment processes, tools, and buying fundamentals, with a solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks.
  • Prioritizes and manages tasks/time efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
