About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Business Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Victoria. As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering successful ERP solutions to our clients.

  • You'll assist in implementing Pronto Xi, facilitating workshops to gather business requirements, designing solutions to meet client needs, and performing system testing.
  • With a strong understanding of core business processes and Supply Chain operational requirements, you'll work closely with our Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to design solutions to meet client needs are essential for this role.
  • You'll also be responsible for managing customer business improvements, documenting system configurations, and delivering end-user training.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a Business-related discipline or relevant industry experience.
  • Strong business consulting skills, with a commercial understanding of Supply Chain and manufacturing operational requirements.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and organise your time and project schedules.
  • Experience in producing quality user documentation and designing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Full lifecycle implementation and upgrade experience in mid-to-large-scale ERP projects.
  • Pronto Xi experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
