Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Assistant/Sleep Coach to join our dynamic team in Brisbane CBD. As a key member of our store team, you will focus on helping people achieve outcomes with their sleep health while providing exceptional customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers achieve better sleep health through effective sales and coaching techniques
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and meet performance targets
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in customer-facing sales roles, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, providing compassionate support to customers
  • Administrative skills to document and process customer enquiries
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing customer needs
