About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Aspect Personnel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading project teams and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. You will manage project resources, financials, and timelines, ensuring seamless communication with consultants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Manage project resources, financials, and timelines, ensuring seamless communication with consultants and stakeholders.
  • Oversee a small team while managing client relationships and contributing to the overall success of your projects.
Requirements
  • Strong design and presentation skills, demonstrated through Feasibility, Sketch Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
  • Ability to confidently manage multiple projects, teams, client deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
  • Proficient in preparing documentation, leading tender processes, overseeing on-site construction, and guiding team members.
  • Extensive experience across residential and commercial projects, from concept to completion.
  • Proven skills in consultant coordination and client management.
  • Advanced technical knowledge in construction and regulations.
  • Proficiency in REVIT is essential; experience in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Degree-qualified in Architecture.
