About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and finding innovative solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and solutions for their needs
  • Face-to-face and telephone sales to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Prepare project quotations and sales proposals to present to customers
  • Assist customers with custom designs of products such as patios, verandahs, sheds, and fences
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay up-to-date with Stratco's products and systems
About You
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A hands-on, practical person with good technical ability and computer literacy
  • An eye for detail and ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
