Facilities Maintenance Assistant

City FM Australia offers exciting opportunities for individuals to join our team as Facilities Maintenance Assistants. We provide world-leading facilities management, engineering, and energy solutions that ensure safe, successful, and sustainable outcomes.
We currently have numerous positions available across all shifts. Our team is fun, supportive, and works well together, enjoying a laugh.
In this role, you will be provided with:
- All necessary cleaning equipment
- Uniforms
- Training
- Job security: Opportunities to move into other areas of the business
You will be responsible for:
- Utilizing machinery to clean all floor surfaces to ensure safety
- Adhering to WH&S Policies & Procedures
- Vacuuming, mopping office and communal areas
- Cleaning fridges and office space
- Performing general cleaning duties as directed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in cleaning (great but not essential)
- House cleaning, commercial, aged care, or hospital cleaning experience (an advantage)
- Good time management skills
- Strong safety awareness
- Reliability and punctuality
- A good sense of humour
- The ability to get to and from the location
