We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Gaming Attendant. As a key member of our entertainment venue, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers.

About the Role

This position involves assisting customers with machine or loyalty systems, taking food and drink orders, handling cash and gaming transactions, and providing excellent customer service. You will work collaboratively with a friendly and welcoming team to deliver genuine and professional support to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer prompt, friendly assistance regarding machine or loyalty systems.
  • Communicate effectively and take food/drink orders.
  • Handle cash and gaming transactions efficiently, ensuring security and customer privacy.
  • Provide excellent beverage service to customers.
  • Deliver efficient customer service to customers.
  • Promote events and inform patrons.
  • Clean and maintain a tidy work area.
  • Perform cashier duties, including Keno services and cash payouts.
About You

Previous experience in hospitality or customer-related industries is essential. You should possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and be willing to build long-term relationships with customers. Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills are also required.

You must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. To be successful, you will need:

  • Experience or knowledge of Electronic Gaming Machines.
  • Knowledge of legislative requirements.
  • Proven ability to deal with diverse demographics.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent personal presentation and service skills.

Essential qualifications include previous experience in a similar role, Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (can be acquired after employment), and Working rights in Australia.
