Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Crew Team Member. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of the restaurant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and ovens, to prepare menu items.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the restaurant.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
