Clinical Diabetes Nurse Practitioner Role in Southern Adelaide

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network's Flinders Medical Centre, Medicine, Cardiac and Critical Care department.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide expert clinical care and advice to patients with diabetes and endocrine conditions. Key responsibilities include communicating patient management plans, leading clinical teams, initiating educational protocols, and providing leadership and mentorship.
About You:
- You should have effective leadership skills, including communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
- You must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate.
- You should be authorized as a Nurse Practitioner with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- You should have experience supervising students, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses or midwives.
- You should demonstrate proven experience delivering high-quality and safe care consistent with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range is $128,327.00 - $133,758.00 per annum (Pro Rata) for a Part-Time position of 15 hours per week. We also offer flexible working arrangements, including part-time work, and salary sacrifice benefits.
