Program Manager for Sector-Facing Initiatives

This is a key role within the Community & Customer Experience team that focuses on creating impact for customers and communities.
The successful candidate will lead initiatives to drive economic empowerment, gender equity, and youth development through effective program management and stakeholder engagement.
About the RoleThe Manager will report to and support the Director, Community and Customer Experience in leading the design, delivery, and strategic management of sector-facing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end program delivery across a portfolio of national initiatives focused on economic growth, social welfare, and community development.
- Establish and manage partnerships with stakeholders ensuring alignment and compliance with governance frameworks.
- Develop and implement policy and operational frameworks within regulatory environments.
- Manage and develop high performing teams fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including government bodies and industry partners.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for economic development and community growth.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures within regulatory environments.
- Experience managing high performing teams and fostering collaborative work cultures.
