Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Coordinator

RMIT University is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our College of Vocational Education team. As a key member of our HSW team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our students and staff.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of OHS legislation and regulations, with experience in a multi-site environment. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of HSW, including services, engagement, communications, planning, and operations. Your excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills will enable you to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
We are looking for a leader who can provide high-level support, advice, and stakeholder engagement within a large complex organisation. You will have demonstrated conceptual, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to lead projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
