About Our Store Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Manager at our Outlet Bateau Bay store.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours/week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster pattern.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example, drive exceptional customer experiences, and help their team deliver on budgets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities include succession planning, executing visual merchandising in-store, understanding stock management processes, providing coaching and feedback, and analysing reports to make commercial decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams
  • Ability to analyse reports and make commercial decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of stock management processes and procedures
