Lead Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Creative Director to spearhead our design team.

  • Drive the engagement between creative services and deliver innovative solutions for communication problems that engage and inspire.
  • Cultivate a collaborative culture of design and operational efficiency, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Produce elegant, sophisticated, and high-end graphics that meet and exceed client expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior Designer role with some leadership experience, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating publications, layout design, and presentation skills, showcasing your ability to drive creative projects forward.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster positive working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
