About the Job:

We are seeking a Licensed Financial Advisor to join our team. As a financial advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
• Analyze clients' financial situations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve their goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial services to clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to deliver exceptional client service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • FINRA License S6 and FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) upon hire
  • Life and Health Insurance Licenses upon hire
  • Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products
  • Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking

Benefits:

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $25.00 to $34.00 per hour, depending on location and job-related factors. Compensation also includes short-term incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.

Physical Demands:

Consumer Retail - Prolonged standing (5-8 hours per day), frequent use of hands to manipulate/grasp objects, ability to communicate face-to-face and on the phone with clients, occasional bending and lifting from floor height, frequent forward reach, frequent lifting of 1 - 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Driving Requirements:

Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
