About the Role

The Housekeeping Assistant - Laundry Services role plays a critical part in providing quality laundry services at Infinite Care. This position focuses on infection control and ensuring a safe and healthy living environment for residents.

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will work closely with the Facility Manager and the Hotel Services Team Leader to provide laundry services and ensure residents' daily needs are met. This role requires a physical presence, involving bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing items to carry out daily tasks safely.

About You

Infinite Care hires based on attitude and aptitude, so prior experience in laundry is not necessary. However, you must be aligned with our philosophy and values and have a commitment to resident wellbeing. Key requirements include:

  • A willingness to work on a roster basis.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A safety-first approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times.
