Our Single-Use Solutions Specialist

This particular role is dedicated to our solutions for frozen storage and shipping, mixing, liquid storage and shipping, aseptic connections and disconnections, aseptic sampling and containers, final filling, and single-use tubing and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales target achievement in Australia and New Zealand by focusing on assigned product lines
  • Provide technical support proactively, answer customer inquiries, and resolve implementation problems in the field
  • Collaborate with the quality department to troubleshoot and analyze customers' processes for better investigation and resolution
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on assigned product line performance and customer feedback to identify product features that need to be changed to meet customer needs
  • Provide basic product training to internal sales and dealers, and run external customer workshops and seminars
  • Conduct trials and demos to achieve intended results and create trial reports for product management and sales teams

Qualification & Skills:

  • Academic degree in biological engineering, biotechnology, or other life sciences related fields
  • Proven experience in similar positions and industries is advantageous
  • Familiarity with related products, laboratory processes, and equipment
  • Strong learning ability, expert knowledge base, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with product/project/division management
  • Fluent in English and ideally in other local languages
