Our offerings are based on two main pillars: enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation and maintenance services, and the delivery of our own software – a low-code platform called Novacura Flow.

About The Job
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our Marketing team. The main responsibilities include:
- Evaluating leads (companies) from Marketing or Sales teams.
- Identifying and gathering contact details of key individuals in these organizations.
- Contacting and attracting these individuals with targeted messages and existing content.
- Passing qualified leads to the Sales team.
- Monitoring the database to ensure leads are properly managed.
The role requires communication with decision-makers, including C-level executives, in English. The Specialist will promote ERP-related services and a low-code platform. The position involves using advanced marketing tools like Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and Dealfront.
This is not a typical repetitive cold-calling position but requires careful selection of leads and personalized messaging.
About You
In this role, you need excellent communication skills, including the ability to adapt your communication style to your audience. We value openness and honesty and would appreciate a good sense of humor in the communication with our customers. You should be professional, well-organized, and capable of working independently. An open-minded attitude with a drive for continuous improvement and goal achievement is also very important.
In addition, this role requires:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, B2B sales, or a similar role (e.g., people recruitment), preferably in the software solutions industry.
- Understanding of basic IT software definitions/business models like software-as-a-service (SaaS), licensing models, customer relationship management (CRM), ERP, other software categories, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office environment (especially MS Excel); practical experience with Excel pivot tables and Excel formulas is desirable.
- Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Deal Front, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English, oral and written. Additional language skills are desirable.
