About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HRIS Team, you will be responsible for providing daily support and implementing improvements for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

This is a full-time role based in Melbourne CBD office, reporting to the Senior Manager Business Systems. You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders to resolve issues and meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in SAP EC and ECP implementation and support
  • Strong technical skills in SAP payroll systems
  • Experience managing twice-yearly SAP releases, including impact analysis and implementation with the business
  • Leading or contributing to HRIS implementations, upgrades, or process redesigns
  • SAP System Administration experience to support the maintenance of EC & ECP
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in SuccessFactors EC & ECP in a HR environment
  • Strong technical skills in SAP payroll systems
  • Experience managing twice-yearly SAP releases, doing the impact analysis of the changes and work with the business to implement them
  • Experience leading or contributing to HRIS implementations, upgrades, or process redesigns
  • SAP System Administration experience to support the maintenance of EC & ECP
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on multi-tasking and prioritizing conflicting priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in a range of computing skills and HRIS software
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management of HR initiatives
  • SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Certified
  • Tertiary qualification in HR is desirable
