About Our Early Childhood Education and Care Program

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Assistant to support our vibrant team in delivering exceptional services.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, quality customer service and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks to support program operations, including CCS funding, enrolments and client information management.
  • Develop and maintain administrative procedures under the guidance of the director.
  • Provide high-quality customer service for program queries, escalating issues as necessary and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor and administer program inboxes, answering phones and providing assistance where required.
  • Act as responsible person on duty when needed.
About You
  • Mandatory qualifications include Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Hold Working with Vulnerable People Card.
  • Demonstrated experience in family accounts using CCMS platform, experience with OWNA advantageous.
  • Experience in Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Additional Childcare Subsidy (ACCS) and Family Assistance Law desirable.
  • Experience as a Responsible Person.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent administration skills, including records management, processes and activities to support team priorities, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
What We Offer
  • Full-Time position - 76hrs fortnightly available between 7:30-6:00pm.
  • Fixed-Term until December 19th, 2025, with potential to be ongoing.
  • SACS Level 3.1 - 3.4 ($38.65 - $41.45) per hour plus superannuation commensurate with skills and experience.
