We are seeking an experienced HSEC Administrator to join our dynamic team at the South Walker Creek mine in the Bowen Basin. Reporting to the Site Systems and Training Superintendent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of access to the mine site through the site access centre.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating works to support site access and administration across the HSEC team
• Providing support and assistance to CMWs
• Monitoring and identifying system and process improvements
• Building relationships with key stakeholders
• Complying with all aspects of Stanmore policies and values

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Familiarity with MS Office
• Collaborative and innovative skills, with experience in executing continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong business and customer orientation
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
