Job Description

We are seeking individuals to assist clients with personal care, domestic tasks, social engagement, and transport in their homes.

You will work independently in the community, helping older people maintain their quality of life safely and comfortably.

  • Assist with personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, dressing, and skin checks
  • Provide medication support by prompting, administering, and supervising medication
  • Perform domestic duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Transport clients to appointments and social outings
  • Follow care plans and advocate for client needs and preferences
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
  • Full Australian driver's licence with comprehensive insurance
  • Access to a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
  • Access to a smart mobile device
