About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shuttle Bus Driver and Vehicle Detailer to join our team at Everythingfleet, a leading provider of vehicle solutions to various industries. As a Shuttle Bus Driver and Vehicle Detailer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the highest level of vehicle presentation, and ensuring the safe transportation of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, transporting customers between locations.
  • Detail passenger and commercial vehicles to meet company standards, ensuring the highest level of presentation.
  • Perform safety and damage checks on all vehicles, completing the Vehicle Detailer checklist form to ensure everything is in good working order.
  • Examine upholstery cleanliness, ensuring any stains or marks are removed and that any rips/damage are fixed.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the yards, including the wash bay areas.
  • Assist with the movement of fleet between locations, following safe driving practices.
  • Ensure all WHS requirements are followed to ensure a zero-harm workplace.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a focus on driving passengers and maintaining vehicle presentation.
  • Current Manual open drivers' license with no restrictions and a good driving record is a MUST, with HR, MR or HC license highly advantageous.
  • QLD Drivers Accreditation (or willing to get at own cost prior to start date).
  • Ability to lift heavy items such as customer luggage in and out of shuttle bus in a safe manner.
  • Basic – Intermediate Computer skills required to access information and complete online forms/checklists/uploading photos of vehicles.
  • Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Own reliable transport to get to and from work.
  • Strong ability to work unsupervised, with a strong work ethic, sense of responsibility & accountability.
  • Ability to multitask, be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
