Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data quality check approaches and tools to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data pipelines.
  • Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Cloud Developers to define data models and schemas that combine data from various sources into standardized data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture quality requirements and implement those, ensuring data quality and stability are key to our analytics world and for our partners.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.
  • Develop and maintain data transformation and visualization functionality, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Act as the final approval point between the data engineering squad and stakeholders, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Computer science or related engineering degree and 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data QA Engineer.
  • Industry-specific knowledge and experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is desired but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with data visualization experience and exposure to the UI/UX field.
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets, with a focus on performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient Technical English, as we are a global team.
